At Lighthouse Child care Centre we aim for all children to feel safe, secure and happy in a caring friendly and educational environment.
We aim:-
- for staff and families to build co-operative partnerships to support positive outcomes for the children in our care
- to help parents feel welcome at any time and to provide families with opportunities to contribute to children's programmes and the development of centre policies
- to promote respect, understanding and acceptance of all individuals
- to guide children in a consistently positive manner
- for promoting policies and practices that ensure children are safe and protected at all times
- to provide programmes throughout the centre that give consideration for provisions being made for the whole of the child's experience whilst in care
