Music and movement involves children in listening activities, joining in group experiences, and experimenting with materials on their own.

Most preschoolers are quite at home with movement. They learn that movement can communicate messages and represent actions. Body movement is fun for young children and presents a good opportunity for them to problem solve

Lighthouse Child Care has a specialist music teacher two days a week as well as daily movement and music class activities.
