Parents Role

Sharing observations and having discussions with staff can assist parents in their decisions about their children's health and wellbeing. Regular verbal and written communication between parents and staff is vital to the child's care

  • Parents are encouraged to talk to staff and communication devices are an integral part of our day
  • Early identification of difficulties / problems can only assist the child

  • Children's development and behaviour can be significantly affected by hearing, vision or language difficulties

  • Child care staff may be unaware that parents are worried about their child: they can behave quite differently at home compared to the way the behave in group situations

  • Child care services are linked to a local network of health care professionals.

Your Childs Wellbeing is our goal
